Not very friendly staff!

This hotel is ideally situated just a 10-15 minute walk from Royal William Yard, in a lovely building surrounded by greenery.

I was very dissapointed because they promised us that we will have room from 7th floor and my son really waited that. And in hotel we got from 3rd foor. Bad bad bad! My son was very sad of it and thats why I'm still mad. Also promised that baby bed is waiting for us in the room when we asked in the check in... No it was not. Hmph, very very bad servise. Next time I will think twice how to do my reservation and where.

This hotel is in a quiet spot not far from the casino, and there's a restaurant just a short walk away.

The breakfast (food, facilities) was great. The service was very good and people friendly.

The price for a single room, 130 EUR per one night was a bit steep. The Getaway festival was an obvious reason, of course. There is a nice bus connection to the hotel but if one is not aware about that, the distance from the centre (around 3 km) is too much for most people not having a car with them.

Close to intersection. Good location to travel from Arlanda airport to the northern area of Sweden.

The venue was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay. the location is quiet, conveniently close to the forest, city center, and restaurants. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast featured satisfactory organic food.

This hotel is a great choice for families. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four and in good condition. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The location is ideal, close to the city center but still in a very green area, with easy access to nice beaches.

All aspects of this hotel were fantastic.

the location was surrounded by nature, which made the area so peaceful. We also appreciated the easy access to the city center, just an 11-minute cycle ride away. the hotel offered cycles for rent, which made exploring the area a lot of fun. the dining area was spacious, and there were many stores to choose from in the vicinity.

The process to get connected to the wifi was a bit confusing at first. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during the day, which was a disappointment as it was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel.
